This photo must have been taken in late June because Rosa 'Red Fairy' blooms pretty late. My two fairy roses have alternated good performance -- last year, Red Fairy didn't do much, while light pink Rosa 'The Fairy' bloomed pretty well in its first year. This year, The Fairy languished, mabye in part because it was shaded by phlox.
